Fees I offer out of network and private pay individual therapy services for adults at $215 per hour for all session 15 minutes to 60 minutes If this fee is out of your price range, I can work with you on a sliding scale fee. Please contact me if you are interested in this.
Insurance I am in network under United Health Insurance and subsidiaries and Aetna through Headway.
If you are out of network, Many PPO plans reimburse a percentage of your therapy costs. If your plan offers OON benefits, I can provide a Superbill (a specialized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement
Late Cancellation/ No Show If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a late fee. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are subject to a $215 fee, which insurance providers do not cover.
